Leah has over 10 years of experience in treating children, teens, adults and families coping with difficult life experiences, transitions, anxiety, chronic stress, healing maladaptive behaviors and strengthening relationships. She is passionate about wellness, preventative health and fostering resiliency. She advocates for social justice and equality for all souls.
Leah uses a holistic client centered approach that incorporates counseling, creative art, play therapy and EMDR therapy to assist in a successful healing process.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relationships from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma and Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Avila University in Kansas City, MO.
She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas. Leah is a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. She is a Certified EMDR Therapist by EMDR International Association.
